I wrote about having LUQ pain which is unusual. last week I had a kidney stone and a infection the ureter attached to kidney. I called my nephrologist to let her know what was going on but never heard back. Meanwhile, GI doctor called because I have mesentery inflammation. apparently it was noted by a radiologist on 2018 on a CAT but not written on impressions. This time it noted there ws changed from 2018. Apparently it is inflammed and my GI wants to do a US biopsy to look at lymph nodes as possible there may be lymphoma. Also, my creatinine was 1.4 last time and doctor said to get it down. Said to drink alot of water. Reading about that it says that can cause hyponatremia and make kidneys work harder. Suggestions were juices and even milk. Any suggestions for what others are doing for meeting 64oz a day fluids?

I drink at least that and some days more in the Summer months. I make smoothies, green tea, ice coffee, and lots of water. I add a little bit of juice to my water to give it flavor and use a large travel cup that keeps it ice cold all day. I always have a drink with me.
