What does eGFR with Cystatin C test do? My GFR is 78 and egfr with Cystatin C is 107 mL/min/BSA. Nephro says nothing to be worried - see you again next 6 months.

All depends upon your age and sex, but at the very worst, you might have very mild kidney disfunction. If you eat healthy and stay well hydrated, nothing to worry about at all.

It means, unless you have other symptoms of kidney disease, you don’t have kidney disease.
