This is the one I've been using for several months:
Country Crock Plant Butter with Almond Oil is a dairy-free, plant-based butter that tastes like dairy butter. It is great for cooking and baking, and you can substitute Plant Butter one-for-one with dairy butter in all your favorite recipes. It is also gluten-free, certified Kosher, and certified Plant-Based by the Plant Based Foods Association, which means it is also suitable for vegan diets.

I'll certainly look into it. I recently switched from salt-free butter to Smart Balance Low Sodium margarine. I am trying to keep my blood pressure down. Margarines, of course, are made from vegetable oils. I'm not sure why Country Crock is called butter. I hope the sodium is low. I'll check the Benecol Lite too. Uh oh. BL has 105mg of sodium, and Country Crock Plant Butter has 110 mg. Think I'll stay with Smart Balance Low Sodium with 30mg.
