My son, 8 years old, has ADPKD. The right kidney is worse than left kidney, with many large cysts, one of them is 3,5/2,5 cm. His test labs: left kidney 8.5 x 4.3 x 4.17 cm, right kidney 9.8 x 5.5 x 5 cm, GFR 114 ml/min/1.73 m2 (left kidney 68 ml/min, right kidney 46 ml/min ). I do not know how bad his kidneys are and please, share with me the lab tests of your children. I read about therapy with pravastatin and I want to try it for my son. Did anyone use this therapy? I am a desperate parent and I want to do everything for my son, soon as possible until is not too late for him. Thank you very much and I hope someone will answer me !
