Can you eat tomatoes, bananas, sweet potatoes and red grapes with CKD Stage 3? EGFR at 43 with Creatinine at 1.29 mg/dL.

Red grapes, yes; the others not so much because of high potassium.

You can pretty much eat everything unless you spill protein in your urine and have potassium and phosphorus restrictions. You should however decrease your salt intake and inrease you water intake as well as watch your protein. I hope this helps.
