Not good. Great numbers. You are over the >90 threshold so you aren't in the CKD family. Relax and enjoy your life and deal with the other issues you have. Just keep in mind this scare and watch the major things like sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and protein and that will keep you from a downward spiral unless something else causes your kidney issues. Congratulations.
Thank you this scare was a eye opener for me. God has restored my life any opened my eyes to stay on a healthy life style.. you are all truly amazing and I wish you all luck on your journey!!!! I'm here if you ever need me
Are you actually kidding. Jesus Christ, some people on here have actual problems and don't need to see you asking stupid questions you probably already know the answer to like "is 105 good".
My first reaction to reading your post was that you were a little harsh at someone who was struggling to deal with an issue and then found out it wasn't as serious as she thought. Instead of offering congratulations you decided to attack her. I thought of doing so with your comments. Before I posted that reply to you I decided to look at your profile and saw your age. That made me realize that I needed to consider the source and therefore this was my reply instead.
]Have a nice day.
A normal GFR does not necessarily mean no CKD. In addition to normal GFR there needs to be no evidence of end organ damage i.e Proteinuria or radiological changes.
Great you got a good report on GFR. It can be disconcerting to get a low level GFR, and is good you got further tests that show you do not have Chronic Kidney Disease, but low levels in previous tests caused by something else and only was temporary.
Those numbers are great if gfr and not creatinine numbers. Awesome
106 egfr is an outstanding level you must be very fit..regards chris
