I know I'll never cure my CKD. Or get my RH kidney to regenerate but you sure can lessen th load it carries good low protein diet etc

WELL DONE, that's a BIG rise, My GFR for many years hovered between 38/40, but last month my b/test showed 46, this month it was 46, so I'm getting there very slowly, don't know why as I haven't done anything different in my diet.

Thanks. One thing has helped I took my protein consumption down to 40-50 grams a day oh and sorry two things I take either raw apple vinegar Or lemon juice in warm water three times a day helps with the Uric acid blood creatin levels
