Dear friends, I have heard in the past and again on this website, that nettle tea is good for kidneys. So...the nettles are picked (MANY to choose from in my garden) and I am currently heating them in some water on the hob. Can anyone tell me what I should do next please? ;O

I don't make my own, I buy the teabags or loose tea leaves at health food store. Once you boil it, it needs to sit for 10 minutes to get full benefit. I drink at least once a day sometimes twice. My GFR has gone from 12 to 17! It really helps. Good for you for giving it a try😀
