if your doctor has not told you...you need a new doctor...you need to be referred to a kidney specialist...go vegan...get off the crap food...drink only water...look up the stages of ckd..on the internet...research your condition...be informed..good luck

Good advice from sharonlyn, yes drinks lots of water and reduce as much salt intake as you can (one of the reasons to avoid processed food which is full of it) . The internet is full of great advice but be careful as you will find a few sites / people peddling miracle cures so you have to watch out for them. But as sharonlyn has said you can do some good research and this forum is excellent.
