I am not sure of the kidneys, but, acute case of scoliosis(abnormal curvature of the spine) may cause respiratory or heart problems.

Hi Shambles151 i have IPF as well as CKD3b so perhaps I can understand your predicament. I do breathing exercises every morning for my IPF and consequently they are helping my Kidney as well because exercising is good for this I recently found this on U tube Rebecca Qi Gong Kidney work and have added this to my exercise routine.

I use My Food Coach App to monitor the carbs proteins and nutrients I can consume and have downloaded some Recipes from DaVita to help me keep to my recommended levels of intake to help my kidneys.

Water is essential as I am sure you know and the recommended level of 2 ltrs is easily achieved

Don't know if this helps

regards Kevin
