Breathing and Kidneys: Exactly how would... - Early CKD Support
Breathing and Kidneys
you get fluid overload & fluid can build up in your chest & around your body.
I am not sure of the kidneys, but, acute case of scoliosis(abnormal curvature of the spine) may cause respiratory or heart problems.
ive got one kidney due to cancer, as toxins build up and you get fatigued you will also become more bresthless due to physical demands. toxins in mussles dont work well
Hi Shambles151 i have IPF as well as CKD3b so perhaps I can understand your predicament. I do breathing exercises every morning for my IPF and consequently they are helping my Kidney as well because exercising is good for this I recently found this on U tube Rebecca Qi Gong Kidney work and have added this to my exercise routine.
I use My Food Coach App to monitor the carbs proteins and nutrients I can consume and have downloaded some Recipes from DaVita to help me keep to my recommended levels of intake to help my kidneys.
Water is essential as I am sure you know and the recommended level of 2 ltrs is easily achieved
Don't know if this helps
