Hi I was surprised with my last blood test I have gone from gfr 28 to gfr 42 how does this happenand why does this happen. Any help will be gratefully received

Dietary factors are a highly likely factor

Another possible is if the body has been fighting infection that has since cleared

Whatever has caused it, if you can keep doing the same you may get further improvement.

I don't know what u have been doing but u r very lucky, have u been doing anything different, any meds, alternative treatments
