Severe shoulder pain after Botox

Hi, has anyone experienced severe shoulder pain following Botox? I have cervical Dystonia and have been receiving Botox injections for a while and have feel lucky these have helped a lot. However the pain this time is becoming unbearable; it makes it difficult reaching, driving, dressing/undressing and lying down or sitting up. I am having to take time off work and am waiting advice and guidance from my neurologist. Just thought someone here might be able to give me some insight? Thank you!

Eosheauk, I am sorry to hear about your pain. My pain got worse for a while as well. But it wasn't the Botox. It was toxic exposures from work and train tracks. Take care.

Yes, I had severe shoulder pain with my last injections (a month ago) but I had 2 injections in my shoulder, as well as the 5 in my neck and 5 in my leg. Within 2 days I had excruciating pain in my shoulder and the top of my arm went dead. It lasted about 5 days, then the pain gradually subsided. 2 weeks on, the pain and stiffness have completely gone and I have pretty much full mobility again.
