Hi, a professional assessment will cost you around £300 and no financial help available unless you sign up for a college course. however this could help you initially.

I found out I was severely Dyslexic at 53, just 2 years ago, it really puts your whole life into perspective to find out that all your problems was because of Dyslexia.
Hope this helps.

Hi
If you are in employment it is worth pursuing with your employer if they would fund the cost of an assessment. Dyslexia Action's centre in Egham could talk to you further about your options.
I am currently unemployed and claiming JSA. Would I still have to pay all the amount of money for assessment.
