The soles of my feet are very painful and my fingers are also sore, I have difficulty operating switches and opening bubble packs of medication. Could this be due to diabetes?

Extremity pains caused by Diabetes?
Neuropathy can be caused by diabetes. Or by vitamin B12 deficiency. Ask your doctor, or diabetes team
Yes, I think so too. I have pains in my hands but it's carpal tunnel which also is common being a person that has Diabetes. I don't have foot problems so that is why I'm guessing Neuropathy.
I've been tested and told 6 (yes six) times that I have neuropathy in my feet, the doctor isn't doing anything about it 😔
Is there anything that can be done for it? I was under the impression that there isn't anything apart from pain meds🤷♀️
vitamin B12 injections, which I was getting before Covid lockdowns. I'm going to try asking for them again as I'm suffering quite badly from B12 deficiency 😢
Ahh...I hope you can get some 💕
Thanks, I've gotten some good tips on this site about ordering online etc! xx
Sorry, just seen this post. Re your Vit B12 deficiency have you been tested for Pernicious Anaemia?
