Foot Check.... 'A' OK.

Dear All,

I haven't written on here much, even though I DO have Diabetes. However, yesterday I had a Foot Check. The lady named Christina is, in fact, a Regular Visitor to our Flats.... we had just 'missed' each other somehow.

Apart from a 'bit' of Fungal Nail, that my Dermy knows all about, my feet were Fine- one little piece of 'hang nail' and some dry skin. No Athlete's Foot, a Nice 'Warm Feel', clearly Good Circulation... Overall ''Perfect.... see you in six/ eight weeks''. I had to go Across To The Shop, to get some Money- to pay her- so I got her a 'Lolly' as a thank you.

My Eyes also 'Checked Out' too, no Retinal Degeneration, so I get an 'A' this time.

Enjoy the Spring everyone.
