Hi

I'm sorry I've not heard of either if them. I'm on metformin and it's been fantastic. Take care Lynne

I was on the first version of this family of drugs as a test subject for a GPSID I had at the time. This family of drugs cause the kidneys to excrete glucose in your urine rather than push it back into your system. One of the possible side effects is infections of the urinary tract - bugs like to feast on body parts bathed in sugar!! I got Balanitis so stopped the dapagliflozin. It has worked wonders for many people though in terms of weight loss and glucose control. Sukkarto SR is just extended release metformin.
