I am new at taking my blood glucose readings

I get a real sick feeling at 5 & 6. Is this normal?

As for the blood sugars, 90 mg/dl is okay for some people, but everyone is different— same as Diabetes. Anything in my personal experience is: 80 and below has been hypoglycemia/low blood sugar and was needing to have a snack with lots of carbs. so I would start having my numbers go up — especially when I was away from my home.😀
