Vitamin D deficiency

Got my blood test results this week - Vit D is 23 (should be greater than 75). I’m on a course of Plenachol 40000u for 7 weeks, and have then been advised to take over the cancer vitamin D from there forward. Can anyone advise a good product and source for this please?

My ferritin also came back at 5, so no wonder I’m feeling so unwell!

Many thanks in advance.
