Sugar snacks and at night blood in vommit

I'm trying not to be worried about this just got ready in bed and a bit of a bad day of snacking on sugar so much like more than 3 chocolate bars and huge decks of bread and jam or do I say "strawberry conserve " but just now I burped and I tasted blood and irony taste in my throat as it came up . Please is this a sign of diabetes especially if i have dry throat and feel very thirsty and don't want to drink anything just in case I vommit

Dont worry until your doctor or surgery nurse have done a blood sugar check on you, then they should advise you accordingly. 🙂
