Trying lower carb DAY 1

I do tend to overload on the carbs especially in the evenings so I am going to make a big effort to lower the amount of carbs I eat each day, not cut them out, but significantly lower. So this is day 1.

For breakfast I had an omelette (my blood sugar was 12.1 (218). I had a correction on my pump.

So it's just the start (few hours!!)

Type 1 since 1973, Pumping since September 2015.

Have you talked to your Endocrinologist about the change in number of carbs.? What has he/she said? What are the totals for each meal and snack?

Not what you're looking for?
