Please check out the Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation's website. Go to: drwf.org.uk/diabetes-leaflets and either download or listen to the leaflets about diabetes and/or other information.
Hope this helps.
Welcome to the group!
Please make sure that your husband has been give lots of information on his diabetes by his GP/Diabetic Nurse and has been offered a course on dealing with it - I did the xperthealth.org.uk course through my local health authority and have done two refresher courses too.
Also, check out the diabetes.org.uk website where there is lots of help and information on diet and exercise and medications etc.
