so last week I managed the alcohol free days . First time in ages! Then I fell on Saturday after work , at 11am. Ended up in minor injuries and a v saloons leg . Rest and will be ok, No alcohol involved!
Now finding it really hard to get back into the mindset I had last week.

Accidents happen whether I’m drinking or not. For me, anything is made worse by alcohol. If I drink, I then have two problems instead of one. Remember why you wanted to stop in the first place
