Good morning everyone, today I've managed to go the whole wkend with not one drop of the poison so today is day 6 of no alcohol, I've lost 7.5 lbs in under a week. I've also been in my cycle twice last week. As for my problems I spoke of last time it's all gone away. So happy with my self. Take care everyone 💜
