Well this is my first post though I have interacted with some of you since joining the other day. Happy to share my challenges soon… but for now I am today on day 4 of week 1 in my new “Drink Free Days” pledge being tracked in an app. And the pledge is to maintain 4 Drink Free Days per week! Its 3pm, been a long week and I’m already thinking about going to the pub tonight!

Help me meet my pledge at least for the first week 🙏

Don't do it, it's cold and windy out, you only have 1 more night, you will regret it if you go out

Good luck and let's know what you did

Thanks for the nudge. I stayed in and kept myself busy. No booze and my App tells me I saved £17 and 954 calories by not drinking the 4 pints of strong beer I had last Thursday 😁

It is the NHS Drink Free Days app- give it a go! That’s what actually pointed me to this forum.
