A few years back alcohol became a big big problem. I then cut down alot and did great. I have recently been drinking more and more again and definitely becoming more and more dependant on it.
I'm not a binge drinker and I wouldn't say I drink a large amount anymore but I know from experience when it's getting to that point. I'm drinking around 4-5 pints a night after work and it's now a MUST and dont feel too great if i dont have it!! I want to catch it before I get worse again!!
Reading on so many stories on here I envy it and hope I can kick it it the teeth myself.
