Physiotherapy medicines ???

sorry .... it's ayurvedic medicines...

Physiotherapy may help some physical disability, but not mental and eyesight issues. From my experience after a full stroke, there is little NHS support.

You mention Ayurvedic remedies so I assume that you are a yoga practitioner. I did yoga for several years but my Consultant Neurologist has advised against inverted postures except legs up the wall relaxation. She had treated a yoga student who had a stroke during an inverted pose.

I use Pilates but still be careful with my neck.

With small weights for toning. Again being careful with the neck.

I do Pilates too but I'm careful not to get tension in my neck when doing the One Hundred, and it's easier to do it in a V Sit.
