Stress is the main reason for diabetes, as everyone is ell aware of it is stress only that causes various reactions in the body by releasing acids which are harmful. In the earlier days people used to say do not eat when you are stressed. With the modern lifestyle where even walking for half an hour is also difficult it is normal for people to be stressed out imagine having lunch in the midst of heavy work pressure, trying to meet deadlines, you are not doing yourself a favour by trying to meet every deadline or commitment. Please remember to relax in midst of everything, take a couple of breaths or more if you can whenever you feel tensed. Before food always take a couple of breaths to relax yourselves, this is not a miracle or a cure but will surely go a ,long way in helping you being healthy.
