My fasting BS is 110 after taking trajenta 5mg in the morning and Volibo .2 M at night after meal. Is Insuline better option for me ?

Is Insulin therapy better option than these medications? What are the side effects with trajenta and Insulin in later age as I am 40 now.

Doctor some doctors say that insuline is safer with less side effects than these oral medications. They said that I might have complications with my kidneys, eyes, heart if i continue for a longer period of time. In one word these will reduce my life span. While with insuline i might be only hypoglycemic.
