if u person goes for sugar test and his readings are 113 while fasting and 160 after fating so what is the interpretation is sugar in fasting bad or without fasting?

Sir,

U r readings are good with slightly fasting level. One cup tea gives about 10 to 15 mg of sugar in ur blood. Slightly reduce ur night meal say about one chapatiy and adjust that way.

Exercise for an hour if ur not exercing. U r fine

It depends on so many other factors too like your age, duration of being diabitc, food and its calorie value etc. it is a little complicated but one will get used to it since diabitis is a life style disease and one can only keep it under check.
