my fasting sugar is 156 & after lunch its 115 then what to do for my problem

This is not the way to get your problem clarified. Put up all your diabetes history, medication history and list of prescriptions you follow.

You have not mentioned the medication ,it mostly depends on what medicines you take before food.

I would suggest you should have HBA1c test.
