Please start light hot water drinking habit for you 1-1.5 litre in the morning before brush and for your child also as much he/she can drink just try to increase quantity gradually.

By statrting you will be benefitted a lot and your child if continues it for the life time he/she will not be a diabetic at all.

I am diabetic for just over 25 years and am taking insulin for just over 13 years. Now I am injecting insulin twice a day. Many insulin dependent diabetics known to me stopped taking insulin and switched over to other forms of medicine such as Siddha, Naturopathy & Ayurveda and have suffered serious health problems. A few have also died. Don't be carried away by the practitioners or advocates of such forms of medicine who claim that diabetes is curable. Don't stop insulin intake.
