No you can't completely cure the diaetes. But you can control by doing daily walk, some routine excercises to keep your body healty and following good healthy diet.

You need to Immediately stop the smoking and drinking habits, If you have it. Take the medicine as suggested by doctor and take intake in small quantities in a day 6 to 8 times rather than 3 meals in a day.

Ensuer in your diet you take fiber food which controls the sugar levels in the blood.

Yes Diabetes can be totally cured . All I have been hearing from many Doctors especially Allopath ,is False .

I say this not as Doctor but just because I myself is the proof . Till I experienced myself and cured it within 4 months by Yog treatment , I was also of the same opinion because of wrong belief system spread . So much so , One Doctor writes a book , Madhumehashi Maitry , ( Do friendship with Daibete as you will not be able to cure till death ).

I am Glad to announce , My Yog Life has proved it wrong and so now i fully trust Swami Ramdeoji when he says Why Dai9betes even cancer is curable with Yog practice .
