a fitness walk is just 20 to 30minutes brisk walk for at least 5 times a week.
a Weight reduction walk is double the time and double the speed, ie; 40 minutes of brisk walking 6 times a week. And the longevity walk is that u walk where ever u can and keep walking.. There is a linear relationship of walking time and the the quality life you get.
