While appreciating your stance, and the volunteering for LOW CARB, High Fat diet , please let me know how one will count his calories for consuming with these High Fat diet and low carb. Also as the liver has to manage to digest High fat food which it self is already strained with glucose management how do you say it can dissolve High Fats?

I bought antibiotics over the counter in Sri Lanka, 250mg, when I used it found the strength was not the same to clear the problem? I do not know why? one person had tooth pain, taking local pain killer, I gave 4 from Europe, the response was one tablet lowered the pain.

Again in India, driver too local pain killer, European did help with the pain.

At the end of the WHO needs to look at this medication should be the same all over the world, therefor watch out on your insulin.
