Can I quit always meal after taking diabetplus capsule?

If you are diabetes and taking pils, you should also take food of the meal plan. Mere taking pills and starving will make you go (Reduced sugar) hypoglycemia that may lead to go unconscious or even death.

I am just trying to control my BS by controlling my diet

Most of the time I fiund my BS below 120 but sone time when

I am taking sweet, bread, rice or oily and fat rich meal then I found my BS high maximum up to 180.

Now I just want to know that can I quit my meal if I took diabetplus capsule?

Is diabetplus caps are meal replacement?
