I am a diabetic patient. My FBS record was 299 After taking Lady Finger (water) for 15 days, today I have checked, and it has come down to FBS 116. Really, I can say it is more than insulin injection. I will continue for ever. Thank You

their is no specific role of ladyfinger as such.but you can take any high fiber diet in breakfast which helps in reducing sugar. one can eat oats,beans green vegetables etc in breakfast.
