I think you have accepted diabetes as usual.Take it as challenge.Add Yoga and Pranayam along with natural controlled diet.Medicines will be reduced sure and certainly.
Please find out if you had been indisposed with malaria mostly falsipartum plasmoduium or vivax malria types that causes aneamia and leads to hardness of extremities due to lack of blood. Some times sickle cell aneamia may also be there and these cells consume your red red cells.Consult a doctor and discuss the issue of aneamia possibilities causing hardness or numbness of extremities.
