Your weight is to normal. Please do two things and your health will return to normal.

1. Start eating your traditional food/diet which your parents used to eat. Immediately stop eating non traditional diet/food. This will improve your Immune system, which you inherited from your parents.

2. Start reducing your medicine intake (especially, Metamorfin HCL and Vasta-10) slowly over the period and stop it totally in next 6 to 8 weeks, as this is also damaging your immune system.

Continue doing morning ,evening walk, kapalbhati and pranayama. Physical exercise is a must. Use each and every part of your body, every day. Do hand & arm massage, yourself. Use stairs instead of using lifts.

Above all, keep your moral high and think positively.

I am sure you will be alright in 2 to 4 months as your immune system will start taking care of your health.

First of all talk to your doctor, whatever you do don't stop your prescription drug for diabetes, I'm not familiar with the metamorfin. Let your doctor decide if there should be any change in medicine. B12 and vit D is good start. Avoid too much spicy foods sometimes too much ginger keeps me awake at night but it depends what kind of burning feeling you have.

This is because of diabetic neuropathy. Never stop medication but add the combination of B1, B6, B12, Folic acid & Metycolabine.

Your problems may be due to degeneration of body due to prolonged diabetes - controlled or otherwise!

Please give your FBS, 2-Hr-PPBS & HbA1c results. Tell when was your diabetes noticed. Also tell details of food/drink intake like what, when & how much from one morning to next morning; that only will give a picture of your state for us to give you some specific advice.

I am diabetic since 2006. Of late my sugar levels is above 250 after breakfast. I feel sleepy all the time and tired. Recently, I had an operation for Carpal Tunnel Sydrome. I am on Novamix Insulin since 2006. I want to change this insulin. Am I insulin dependent. Pease tell me all in this group.

Hi, I am also diabetic from last 25 years....with the burning problem(heavily) on my both legs.

I am on Insulin, Huminsulin 30/70 morning and night. 40 units each. Visiting famous diabetologist monthly. The only solution as per his advise is to control sugar level and practice yoga.
