The sugar levels you have stated are in themselves indication of inefficacy. You are the sufferer. Why don't you go to an established diabetologist. Diet etc. are supporting factors no doubt. Hi. You should stick to one course of treatment and no doubt according to me the more reliable and time tested one is Allopathy. Pl consult a good endocronologist in your area. Your blood sugar levels are high. Papaya, guava are good. In fact you can eat any fruit in limited quantiy except pineapple, grape and big type banana

Hope this finds in good health. Let me introduce to you. My name is Gundurao. I too a retired person , residing in Mysore, but now I am US. My only son by name KIRAN is a software engineer working in GOLDMANSCATCH Bank in Newyork. I wii stay here up to the end of August.

I am addicted to Homeopathy medicine since 1985. Hence I am using the Homeopathy medicine for Diabetic also. My Doctor in Mysore by name NARiAN RAO father of Dr. Mothy famous children specialist. As per Narian rao I am taking medicines.

I am diabetic since 2009. Every three month I used to go for Blood test. Since 2012 the sugar level is same as stated earlier. in my question FAST 160mg and After food it is 220mg.
