my range of Diabetic values are - Fasting 100 to 130 & PP 130 to 180. What is best cost effective medicine to control this level

I regularly exercise & hardly take any friend things or sugar. Only once or twice i indulge in sweets & friend things

There is nothing to worry. Walking an hour daily, and reducing ur diet by 20% (what u eat) certainly helps. Else see a doctor
