I have been a diabetic for a decade or so. Never taken any medicine. FBS ranges 151-146 or lower with similar reading in PPBS Suffer from

burning sensation in my sole (near the toes on both feet). Sometimes numbness of fingers on one of the arms. Is it a serious case? How long can I continue this way? How safe is it, please?

better cosult yr doctor,get all test done. I think there willnot be any cure if things go out of hand .i lost my brother with same symtoms who never listened.in54yrs of age.

Your a diabetic since 10 years. You know the readings also. I am at loss to know why u have not approached a doctor. Generally our body bears our stupidity of not consulting a doctor for 5 years. Even if we don't respond it starts its effects. Sole burning, numbness,distorted vision,high lipid profiles leading to stroke,heart,kidney problems. U r are netizen. Ignoring ur health is inviting the greatest trouble for ur self.

Very good advice. Sweet and increased sleep indicate advanced diabetes. Getting timely treatment will prevent you from heart,kidney and brain failures.
