whether type 2 diabetes is reversable?
u have 2 work hard 2 do that ,
I agree with DEEPI. There are many people who have become non-diabetic with hard work. Good exercise, constant monitoring and taking medicines (herbal/homeo/naturopathy) and strict dieting has kept their sugar levels steady within the limits. That can be called as reversible.
Again the same thing, that is not reversed that is keep it control by controlling what you eat, reversed is when you take OGTT and the sugar level comes to normal value within 2 hrs after the test as it would in a normal non-diabetic person, and this repeated 2-3 time over a time period can really prove that D is truly reversed.
Reversibility to me should mean- acceptance by the body the normal way (not excessive) of eating your rassgullas without need to take any medicine.
Any answers?
No. But controllable with medicines to normal levels but lifelong monitoring and management is necessary.
