There are many resources available in international market, which include videos, books, music CDs etc. Average price for such items are US$ 35, US$ 25 and US$ 15 respectively.

However, the best Qigong Forum on net,I came across, is based in Canada.. Promoted by Sifu (Master) Wing Cheung, it has over 45000+ members. Once you sign up for membership, which is free for all, you can download video and instruction manual (in pdf format). I am an active member of this forum since long.
