A pertinent question , rightly answered by Lachitynagar in his reply.

However , no way the yokes portion is good . You can consume egg-white only. That at a particular stage , when your diabatic is not good control , maximum 2 eggs-white can take on boil form or in Omlette form. Choice is yours . You are aware that raising of cholesterol is a fatal concern and can create health hazard.
