sir, I am 60 years retired physics lecturer. My fasting is 125 and post lunch is 195 with glizid M one before fasting and another before dinner. Because of Knee pain and fused neck due to ankylosis, i could not take long walk. height 5'.6" and weight 75. Smookes 20 cig a day and cannot stop at all. can you help me with little exercise and a balanced diet to control my sugar and weight. what strict diet chart i have to follow. I am a pure vegetarian and non alcoholic.
