is it safe to have sugar free sweets, or sugar free sugar for coffe,tea in Diabetic type 2 case.

1.In addition to having medicines go to a gim and do cycling/ cross trainer /and treadmill if posiible for 20 minutes each.

2.Do this mudra for 15 minutes / 3 times a day by touching the tips of the middle and ring fingers with the tip of the thumb.

i am sure sugar level will come down.

Not at all. It is better to avoid sugar free tabs like equal etc., they are all chemicals and they increase your load on the kidney. Coffee tastes better without sugar if you start liking the aroma of it. Take green tea with a pinch of lemon. All should be taken without milk, as milk contains natural sugar.
