Very sentimental, over cautious. What can be done to slightly overcome this, because this is the main reason for her diab.Now 64 yrs.

She has undergone bypass in 2010 and again for BMV in 2012. She has black foot and improper blood circulation. She has become very weak and cannot exert even slightly. cannot go for even short walk. Otherwise she is o.k.Medication is as per doctor but as habits die hard she still keeps worrying about every small and big problems. How to get some improvement, I know total overcome is impossible for her at least, but we can still try to ease her life to some extent. Please suggest.

Thanks for your interest and suggestion.

She often says I am already taking so many medicines I do want to take anything more.

As far as I can understand it is more of mental blockade that is preventing her from accepting any change.That blockade needs to be cleared slowly and systematically.If you can please suggest me that should suit her better.

In all i am taking 13 tablets per day. They can not be avoided. Counselling may improve.
