can some one tell me what is the natural remedy of diabetes

I am completed 62 years. for te last 10 years I am diabetes. my height is 5'2" and weight is 64.5 KGs. my sugar level fasting is 141 and PP is 176.as per the advice of Dr. taking medicines regularly. Dr.adviced me to take 15mm insulin daily before dinner. earlier I am a very good walker. sorry to say I have stopped walking and not doing any exscise. I am have medicare cycle at hom. Please advice me.
