My sugar varies from 108 to 134 and 131 to 209 fasting and Pp. In the last 5months Am I diabetic? And if so, what is its type of diabetic?

I think you need to consult a doctor immediately. The levels may not be alarming right now, but it may not remain like that if allowed to go untreated.

The doctor may be able to advise you about medicine food and exercise which all are important.
