creatinine is 1.07.now what i will do and what is the remedise for the same? is it denger?

upto 2.00 serum creatinine in not in danger zone. U r in safe side. If u hv diabetes consult physician periodically (not specialists). Walk as much as u can bothering time and place. meet people and share positive things. avoid talking illness and ill health.
